SHIPPING

Shipping within the United Kingdom

All Items will be shipped via Royal Mail (up to 2kg) or Parcelforce (Above 2kg) within 1-3 working days of your purchase.

Tracking isn't provided as I use Royal Mail 2nd Class for the best value option for you. If you would like me to email you a scanned copy of the postage receipt please feel free to message me but generally I post within a day of receiving orders (except weekends) so it will normally be a maximum of one week for you to receive your order.

The Royal Mail do provide a reference number on the postage receipt which allows a limited tracking so if you do not receive your order within 10 working days of placing it please contact me so I can look into it for you.

All delivery estimates are from point of dispatch, not from point of sale.

You will receive an email when your order is dispatched.

International Shipping

Please be aware international deliveries do take longer than UK deliveries so bear that in mind when placing an order but i will generally ship your item within 1-3 days.

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes and customs charges upon delivery.

On European parcels to keep costs down they are sent by Royal Mail standard 3-5 working day delivery. These can be tracked to a certain level but if you want signed for/tracked delivery please choose that option at checkout as it is a more expensive option.

On Worldwide (excluding Europe) deliveries I only offer tracked/signed for delivery.

On standard delivery I can scan you a copy of the postage receipt upon request.
I always obtain proof of postage and your tracking number will be provided for you.

DISCOUNT CODES / PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

Discount codes and promotional offers must be applied at the checkout before your transaction is completed. Once an order has been processed, discount codes cannot be applied/promotional offers cannot be added. 

 

RETURNS

If your product is not to the standard you were expecting I will happily refund the full transaction with photo evidence or return of order. 

You are welcome to return any products within two weeks of purchasing for a full refund on each product as long as the product still remains in the condition it was bought when returned. We do not refund postage unless the products are faulty so please be aware of possible return costs.
